Shipping and Handling
Some items cannot be shipped via UPS, due to size, weight and hazardous materials restrictions. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
We strive to ensure shipping charges are as accurate as possible, but in some cases, these charges may be calculated incorrectly on our website. We will do our best to capture these variances and address each one as they arrive.
Automatic Waterer Parts utilizes fourteen warehouses across the United States. We do our best to ship from the warehouse nearest you to ensure speedy delivery of your product. In some cases, you may receive your order in several packages and we will do our best to notify should this happen and provide you with all tracking information. We welcome you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, transit times or shipping methods.
Shipping Times
Shipping times stated are an estimate provided by the shipping companies. We cannot guarantee that the items will arrive in the estimated time that is provided at checkout. We will do our best to ship immediately or the next business day and will send tracking via email. No discounts, refunds or reimbursements will be provided if shipping is delayed for reasons out of our control.
Oversize Products
Products that exceed UPS and FedEx shipping capability will be shipped freight. We will contact you with the most cost-effective freight quote once the order is placed. The freight cost will be charged separately. Need a freight quote prior to ordering? Contact us direct at orders@automaticwatererparts.com with the products you are interested in and your zip code.
When will my order ship?
Orders that are able to ship via USPS or UPS will be shipped the same day or next business day, depending on when the order was placed. Shipping holidays excluded. Unless noted on the order, if your product is on backorder, you will be notified and your order will ship once the product is in stock. We strive to ship your product as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Any order placed after 2 PM CST typically ships the next business day.
NEXT DAY AIR
Please note: If your order is placed after business hours or outside of our late afternoon shipping window, next day air begins the following business day. Saturday delivery may not be available in all areas.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Normal Shipping times?
We ship from Iowa and other locations in the US. Normal shipping time is between 2-5 days or USPS and 2-4 days for UPS. Allow extra time during the holidays or for natural disasters.
What if my package is delayed by the shipping service?
Expect shipping delays during the holidays or if a natural disaster occurs. We will do our best to help you find your delayed package. However, Automatic Waterer Parts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping companies and will not reimburse or refund shipping costs should the delay be out of our control. Any claims for reimbursements must be filed with the shipping company.
Damaged Packages?
Packages can become damaged during shipment for situations out of our control. If your product was damaged in the process, please send your order number along with photos of the damaged package and product to orders@automaticwatererparts.com so a claim can be filed.
Lost or stolen packages?
All tracking information is provided by Automatic Waterers Parts. Packages through both the Postal Service and UPS are now GPS tracked for shipping confirmation.
Steps to follow if your package has not arrived.
- Check with others who visit the property or pick up mail to ensure they haven't set the package aside.
- Visit with your local postal service or UPS for delivery information.
If you believe that your package was stolen, contact your local authorities. Automatic Waterer Parts is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered. Refunds or reimbursements will not be issued.
Combining packages
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of packages shipped, we may not be able to combine packages if orders are placed at separate times. Shipping refunds will only be granted if the orders were combined at the time of shipment.
