Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, saleable, original condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of the product only (shipping to and from are not included).

Please send an email to orders@automaticwatererparts.com to obtain your authorization number.

Your order may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

RETURN AND ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping costs for the initial order are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.  ANY ITEM SHOWING FREE SHIPPING - will accrue a $10 restocking fee.

Any refused or returned to sender shipments will accrue a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  No exception. 

Definition of original condition: Most of our products are used around animals or farmland.  Original condition refers to the product as it came from the box or container that it was shipped in.  Items that have been installed or disassembled may result in no refund or partial refund as we cannot reuse or resell the products. If you have questions regarding the product's condition before you make the return, email photos to orders@automaticwatererparts.com.

Automatic Waterer Parts is not responsible for made assumptions. Items are as shown and described.  Full refunds will not be offered if assumed other than described.  All products will be subject to the same return policy as above.  Should you have questions regarding a product, contact our staff before purchasing to ensure the product will meet your needs.  

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an incorrect product, you must notify Automatic Waterer Parts within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are required to contact us prior to making any additional purchases or requesting a refund so that we can properly review and address the issue. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be handled at the sole discretion of Automatic Waterer Parts. Once notified, our team will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution and ensure the matter is resolved as efficiently as possible.

SPECIFIC ITEM RETURN POLICY

AUTOMATIC WATERERS AND PARTS, WATERING DEVICES, FEED DISHES OR PRODUCTS USED WITH ANIMALS OR LIVESTOCK - To ensure animal safety and to prevent cross-contamination, products MUST be in new, unused condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and requests must be made 30 days of initial purchase.  Please contact us should you have a defective device or warranty claims.  Products will be inspected before issuing a return.  Refunds for any used item will not be issued.

  • Improper installation, misuse, or use beyond design will not be considered or return or refund.

HEATERS - Automatic Waterer Parts is not responsible for any damage caused by improper usage, inadequate GFCI or wiring, unauthorized modifications or usage outside of what the product is intended for. Most heaters will have a 1-year warranty and claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.  Returns requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and the product must be unused and in original packaging for return authorization.
