Our Accepted Payment Methods

PeteCo Supply accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay), Shop pay and Paypal.  We will also accept check, digital payment and money order payments however the order will be delayed until the check clears through the bank. If you are looking for an alternative payment method such as check or digital transfer, email us at orders@automaticwatererparts.com.

Taxes

Residents in Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wyoming, Connecticut, Florida, and Kansas will be charged sales tax.  The actual tax will be calculated when your order is processed.

What payment options do you offer?

What do I need to do if I am tax-exempt?

We currently charge sales tax in the following states: Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, South Dakota, Florida, and Wyoming. If you are shipping to one of these states and are tax-exempt, please provide us with a valid tax exemption form. You can email a copy to orders@automaticwatererparts.com

What is your return policy?

A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, salable condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee or will not be refunded. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Please call us or send an email to orders@automaticwatererparts.com to obtain your authorization number.

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, most likely UPS or USPS. Sometimes we do not have a product in stock and will need to drop ship it to you directly from our vendor. 

What is shipping cost?

For accurate shipping, add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart and enter your address.  You will be provided with accurate shipping cost based off of your address.

When will my order ship?

In stock orders ship in 1 day or less (excluding holidays). In most cases, orders placed during normal business hours will ship same day. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will ship the following Monday or business day if a holiday falls on that day. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes. Select USPS at checkout.  

Where is Automatic Waterer Parts located?

We are located in Conrad, IA. However, we are not a storefront. We are a warehouse that ships only.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, no we do not.
