The JUG Two-Hole Automatic Waterer (Model 10202) is an excellent solution for providing fresh water to horses, goats, and beef or dairy cattle. Its super-insulated polyethylene casing functions like a thermos, ensuring reliable performance in both warm and cold climates. For colder regions, an optional 65-watt heater can enhance energy efficiency.
This waterer primarily uses thermal energy to maintain a warmer drinking environment, offering energy-free or energy-efficient watering. In marginal climates, at least 15 animals per drinking bowl are recommended to generate enough heat energy to keep the water warm.

- External Drain Plug - The external drain plug allow easy draining of the water from the JUG tank. The JUG's design keeps the water free from feed or hay, but most water has iron bacteria which will leave a residue in the tank over time. It is recommended to drain and clean the tank periodically.
