Can I still get a lid or an exterior casing part for this waterer?

Unfortunately, no. The lids and outer casing parts for the Ritchie metal units were discontinued a long time ago and Ritchie stopped making them. The inventory has long since sold out and we are no longer able to get the replacement parts.

The good news is that the parts that tend to wear out are still made and still available. Valves, floats and heaters for these units are in stock, so as long as the casing on your unit is still sound, we can help you keep it running for years to come.
