Behlen Country DuraPatch UV Cured Repair Patch 9 x 12 Inch 2958415

Behlen Country DuraPatch, the patch that cures in daylight

Keep one of these in the truck and a cracked tank stops being a trip to town. Cut what you need off the 9 by 12 inch sheet, press it over the damage, and daylight does the rest. A full cure takes 15 to 30 minutes in sun, longer under cloud, and a UV lamp does the same job in the shop after dark.

The backing is reinforced polyester, so it bends around a tank radius or a pipe instead of tenting over it. It grips polyethylene, steel, wood, stone, concrete, fiberglass and nearly every plastic you will meet around a barn. Polypropylene is the one material it will not hold, so check what you are patching before you cut.

Once cured it behaves like a solid panel. Drill it, sand it, paint it. It is waterproof, rot proof and rated from 40 below up to 200 degrees Celsius, which means a repair made in October is still a repair in February. Non flammable, non toxic and safe to handle without gloves.
