Valve cover lid, HC-7 and HC14
Shared between the HC7 and the HC14 on either frame height. The HC17 does not take this one.
Hoskins set out what the box is there for on their own parts listing: keeping weather and stock away from the gear inside, and they expect it to be knocked about or worn out over the years. This lid is the galvanized top of that box, lifted off whenever somebody needs to reach the valve, and it is normally the first piece to give up.

Go by the number, not the tape measure
Several of these lids are within an inch of one another and a build designation changes the answer again. Work from the number stamped on the unit. If it has worn off, send us the serial and we will look it up.
Cover damaged too
The body of the valve cover is sold on its own page. Buying the two separately means a bent lid does not cost you a whole housing.
