Water Rippler – Dual Power Stock Tank Circulator

The Water Rippler – Dual Power is a versatile, year-round stock tank circulation system designed for operations that need flexibility between standard electric power and solar power. Built from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the unit is engineered for long-term outdoor use with resistance to cracking, UV exposure, and water damage.

This dual-power model ships fully assembled for plug-and-play electric operation, including a 6-foot power cord, 12V DC, 50-watt pump, and an outdoor-rated 120V AC to 12V DC converter for connection to a standard electrical outlet. Use of a GFCI-protected outlet is strongly recommended.

For off-grid or remote applications, the Dual Power Water Rippler also includes a 15-foot solar adapter cord with ¼″ ring terminals, allowing connection to a customer-supplied 12-volt battery and solar panel system. This dual-power capability allows the Water Rippler to be used across multiple locations within an operation, depending on available power.

Each unit ships with a pump-mounted debris filter to help protect the pump and discharge ports. Four outlet caps with holes are included to create maximum water velocity across the tank surface. For smaller tanks or more controlled circulation, two solid caps are also included, allowing water flow to be redirected as needed.

When operating in solar mode, performance depends entirely on the capacity and condition of the customer-supplied solar system. The Water Rippler requires a consistent 12V DC power supply to operate reliably.

Solar performance may be affected by:

• Seasonal daylight hours
• Weather conditions such as cloud cover, snow, or storms
• Geographic location
• Solar panel placement and angle
• Battery size, age, and overall health

If the solar system is undersized or inconsistent, run time may be limited—especially during long, cold nights. Customers unfamiliar with solar system sizing should consult a local solar professional before purchase.
